Not exactly. We’re engaged by specific clients and can only submit candidates to roles we are contractually partnered on. That means we don’t have access to every open position—and we can’t represent candidates for roles outside of those partnerships.

We wish we could help everyone access every opportunity, but that’s not how recruiting works in practice. If we don’t have a role that aligns right now, we’re still happy to share insight or guidance to help you navigate your search more effectively and position yourself well for future opportunities.
